Many fear that Takaful claim processing will be a lengthy process. As for Takaful operators, the main challenge is how to obtain sufficient information on the claim to expedite the claim processing. As for the consumer, they might not know what they are supposed to do in reporting a Takaful claim to the Takaful operators. They might be panic and worried about the accident.
Importantly, the consumers must know the coverage that they have participated as Takaful covers have different type of information required to process Takaful claims.
