Evaluate an individual's medical history or physical condition, occupational hazards, financial background and other information to determine whether to accept, modify or decline a risk

Explain and defend any underwriting actions

Responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email or online platform

Provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient/inpatient services, claims, contribution payment and certificate termination

Process customer instructions or request

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint

Develop marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programmes via the internet or other channels

Manage the implementation of digital marketing programmes and analyse their effectiveness

Track usage trends including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact


To support the development and delivery of life and retirement products as per the Product Development Process including all stages within the process ranging

To support the conduct of regular structured product focus group to meet up with distributors

To support on projects relating to changes due to new regulatory, requirements and new systems, which includes coordination with other project stakeholders

Drive the Shariah Internal audits, preparation and presentation of Shariah Committee reports and attend all Shariah related meetings and discussions.

Develop and train internal audit staff.

Manage and lead the end to end process of large or complex business audit.

To oversee and take charge of commercial business and to derive production based on budget.

Provide administrative and technical support to branches and other related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation workflow processes.

Ensure all enquiries by bank partners being handle accordingly & coordinate with banca supports.


To craft sales strategy and lead the execution of strategy

Manage governance of partnerships include tracking business momentum, co-develop tactical activity to drive production

Lead engagement in the marketplace to identify potential new partnerships, Motor Takaful and Home or Fire Takaful and new business areas

To provide analysis and analytics techniques of campaigns, project, product etc. including tracking of campaign results

Implement a short and long-term activities to improve and standardized customer database management initiatives etc.

Responsible to achieve production, recruitment and overall manpower target set by the management.

To develop, sustain and expand the efficient of Distribution Channels at respective region.

Initiate and organize sales events, workshops, seminars, trainings and roadshows to improve agencies activities and productivities.
